- How do I validate a customer's ticket?
- Snap a picture of their JUMP ticket and text it to us from a registered phone — it takes about ten seconds. See the step-by-step guide.
- Can I require a minimum purchase?
- Yes. Many partners set a minimum purchase for ticket validations so every ride pays for itself. Just let customers know up front, and verify the purchase before you validate.
- What I use more than my monthly credits?
- Additional validated rides are billed at the standard one-way fare on your monthly invoice, with every ride itemized.
- Do unused "On Us" credits roll over?
- No — credits reset each month. That's by design: credits do the most good when they're bringing customers through your door every month, which is better for your business and for ours.
- What are the in-vehicle ads?
- Your ad runs on the seatback tablets in our vehicles, right in front of riders for their whole trip. In-vehicle ads are included with Hub and Hotspot plans — a $75/mo value — and you can use your existing content.
- What is the rear sign?
- Hotspot plans put your business on a sign on the back of one JUMP vehicle, seen by drivers and pedestrians all over the neighborhood — a $250/mo value, included. Printing and installation are covered by the one-time setup fee.
