How to validate JUMP tickets
Creating effortless visits and loyal customers. When a customer arrives by JUMP, cover their ride in about ten seconds — just text us a picture of their ticket.
- 1. Snap
- Take a picture of the customer's JUMP ticket
- Make sure the entire QR code is clearly visible
- Tickets are texted to riders when they request the ride
- 2. Text
From a phone number registered to your JUMP On Us account, text the picture to:
1-888-691-6687 - 3. Check
You should get two replies:
- “Processing JUMP On Us validation…”
- “Success! $[amount] transferred to [your business]'s JUMP On Us account”
- Minimum purchase required?
- Confirm before validating.
- No reply?
- Take a new picture and try resending.
